I chose 1stAssociated as I have a BISF (British Iron and Steel Federation) property and they advised they have a surveyor who specialises in non traditional property. As I wanted the steel frame inspected and did not just want a visual survey I was asked to open up the property for the surveyors arrival. On meeting the surveyor I was very impressed by his knowledge. He highlighted various issues such as the rusting of anchor bolts to the roof, and the fact that the humidity needed to be managed better along with other issues. I was also given within the report an estimate for works required which was very helpful. Overall it was a very useful survey and I would like to thank all involved.
